Payment, processing time and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions and delivery times

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following regions and countries: EU, Europe (excluding EU), USA, Canada, Australia by DHL and abroad by DHL, DPD or UPS, depending on choice and availability. The respective estimated delivery times are stated in the order confirmation or the invoice, which is automatically sent by the shop after the order is placed. These are not fixed delivery times, as the items have to be produced by me first and I may have to order the selected yarn colour, which can delay the delivery time by up to 6 weeks if it is sold out in the meantime. However, I usually have yarn in stock sooner.

Express delivery cannot be selected automatically. If this is desired, please contact me.


Deliveries within Germany:

I estimate that I need between 1 and 7 working days to produce the orders. I cannot give a guaranteed dispatch date, as all items are handmade by me only after ordering and it may take shorter or longer depending on the volume of orders. In addition, there may also be delays in the delivery of the yarn required for the production to me, over which I have no influence. Without having the yarn here, of course, I can't manufacture either

The shipping costs are shown in the order including VAT.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered.

Normally the shipping service providers deliver within 1-3 working days from collection here on site (DHL) or delivery to a parcel shop (DPD / UPS). In individual cases there may be delays, this can be seen in the tracking. Every order is shipped insured and with a tracking number, unless you explicitly choose Warenpost or Büwa for small items. The choice of these two options is at your own risk. If the ordered items are lost, they will not be reshipped and will not be refunded, as insured shipping is available. When choosing these two uninsured options, the buyer must agree to the risk. This consent will also appear on the invoice.

The tracking number will be communicated by e-mail upon dispatch.


Deliveries abroad:

I estimate that I need between 1 and 7 working days to produce the orders. I cannot give a guaranteed dispatch date, as all items are handmade by me only after ordering and it may take shorter or longer depending on the order volume. In addition, there may also be delays in the subsequent delivery of the wool and yarn to me, over which I have no control. Without having the wool or yarn here, I am of course also unable to manufacture.

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-10 working days from the day of dispatch, in exceptional cases caused by force majeure or other delays at the shipping service provider, there may be longer delivery times, for foreign deliveries within 2-30 working days after dispatch.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

A specific delivery date is not guaranteed, which is why the of the respective order also "estimated arrival" and not "guaranteed arrival".


Note: Before and after public holidays, such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times due to large numbers of orders.

This usually starts the month before (November). The month after can also be affected. Here, the processing time can take up to 4 weeks.

If a parcel is lost, the value will be reimbursed by DHL/DPD/UPS, provided that insured shipping has been selected and the buyer is not responsible for the loss.

A very important note: If the buyer has deposited a deposit authorisation with the respective shipping service provider, neither the service provider nor PETLOVEDE is liable. Delivery to a deposit location is at the buyer's own risk. If the ordered items are lost as a result (e.g. due to theft), the products will not be reshipped and will not be refunded.

If you are not responsible for the loss due to the authorisation of a storage location, please inform me immediately of the loss. No later than 7 days after the shop has sent the dispatch email, so that I can submit an enquiry request to the respective dispatch service provider.


Payments:

Accepted payment methods

- Prepayment by bank transfer

- Payment via PayPal and all payment methods offered by PayPal (including credit card payment)

- Klarna via Stripe (invoice, instalment purchase and Giropay)

-IDEAL via Stripe

-Immediately via Stripe - Please note that the payment will unfortunately only arrive 1-2 weeks later, as the banks need so long until they release the payment to Stripe and only then can I ship. This is therefore the payment method for which you will unfortunately have to wait the longest.

- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe

Orders will only be produced after receipt of payment (prepayment/immediately). If payment for prepayment orders is not made within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled without further notice. The bank details for the prepayment transfer will be sent directly with the order confirmation from the shop. This will also state that the order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 7 working days.

You are welcome to contact me in advance if you need a longer time for payment, then the order will of course not be cancelled after 7 working days. There is no reservation of products (for single items and immediate purchases).


Further details on payment:


When paying by credit card and Paypal, your Paypal or credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded, i.e. when the order is sent.

All payments except prepayment are made via third-party providers (Paypal, Stripe, Klarna etc.). Problems with payments must be clarified directly with the selected payment service, as I have no access to them. I automatically assign the claims to them when the payment method is selected.
