I try to process orders as quickly as possible. I usually send the ordered items within 1-3 weeks. But sometimes it can take longer. But that's usually only because I've run out of wool, or if it's a more complicated piece, like the oriental cave or woven baskets made of wicker/wicker.
Raw materials:
I select the raw materials with particular care and, if possible, from Germany. The processed wool comes from mulesing-free, species-appropriate husbandry in Germany and Austria.
New wool may only be labeled as such if it comes from living animals that are shorn once a year. The processed vegan yarns are all made from either 100% recycled cotton and fibers that are made in Europe or from organic cotton.
