Notice regarding revocation:

My products, with the exception of the items in the "Sale" category—felt toys, cork balls without ribbons, and Bobbiny yarn—are handcrafted by me only after you place your order, based on your individual color and size selection. There is no legal right of withdrawal for these items, as they are not prefabricated, handcrafted products that are only manufactured by me after you have individually selected them: Section 312 g, Paragraph 2, No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The XXL organic cotton yarn is unwound and cut by me according to your order quantity and can therefore no longer be returned to its original state and is therefore excluded from cancellation.

The Felt toys like worms, snakes, balls, etc. can be washed at all temperatures.

The Cotton toys If necessary, you can also wash it at up to 60°C, but I recommend using a laundry bag. Temperatures above 30°C can cause the toy to discolor.

Beds, caves and baskets made of filled XXL organic cotton yarn, textile yarn or Bobbiny yarn:

All items made of cotton yarn are washable. I recommend washing them at 30°C on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. After washing, please pull and stretch them back into shape (for hollows).

For products made of XXL yarn, the following applies: At temperatures above 30°C, the yarn can swell considerably, significantly reducing the sleeping surface. This swelling is caused by the polyester fibers that fill the cotton knit tube. The cotton knit tube then stretches considerably. Furthermore, washing at high temperatures can cause the color to fade, and friction can lead to pilling.

Organic cotton - raw cotton (natural white):

Made from raw (organic) cotton (unspun, looks like merino wool):
These are unspun, only combed cotton fibers.
The fibers are loose and come out easily.
Products made of unspun cotton are very sensitive to claws. Therefore, they are not suitable for dogs that dig, nor for cats that lick their litter. They quickly become untidy, as the fibers easily come out of the strands.
Due to the loose fibers, these can naturally swirl a little through the air. For calm cats, this isn't a problem. I only recommend the beds made of raw cotton for calm cats. My cats are wild, but they lie very relaxed on windowsills, so the beds still look like new even after months of use. However, if you have kittens that play a lot on the windowsill, in their dens, and in their baskets, you won't be able to enjoy these products for long, as they will no longer look attractive.

Products like baskets, cribs, and dens made of raw cotton must be washed individually and, above all, protected (in a laundry net or pillowcase), as otherwise the fibers will fray. Maximum temperature is 30°C. After washing, the cotton feels different and looks more compressed. After air drying, they feel soft again. I haven't put any of these beds in the dryer myself, so I can neither recommend nor discourage it.

Manufacturing and dimensional information

All measurements are approximate, as everything is handcrafted after I order it (except for finished, individual pieces in the "Sale" category). Therefore, deviations of +/- 1-3 cm may occur. While I will always try to meet your desired measurements, I cannot guarantee them.

Important: The dimensions given are ALWAYS the outside dimensions, unless, as with the caves, it explicitly states that they are the approximate inside sleeping area. The inside dimensions can vary considerably. For cotton products, they are approximately 4-14 cm, depending on the yarn.

Non-prefabricated handcraft:
Everything you order from my shop (except for the yarn and the cork balls without ribbons) is handcrafted by me according to your wishes only after receipt of the order and is therefore non-returnable.

Please note: I cannot guarantee that the size recommendations are 100% correct - they are my own recommendations.

To be on the safe side, measure your animals while they are lying down (diameter) and add 15-20 cm.

Caves (recommendation for cats):

XS: for cats up to 2-2.5 kg (& mini Chihuahuas)
S: for cats up to 3.5 kg
M: for cats up to 4.5 kg
L: for larger cats up to 6.5 kg
XL: for cats up to 8 kg
XXL: for cats up to 10 kg

Since the approximate internal dimensions are now given, I recommend measuring your four-legged friends while they are lying down and adjusting the size accordingly.

Where do my yarns come from?:

The yarns are all manufactured in the EU.

The filled XXL organic cotton yarn consists of OEKTO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified organic cotton on the outside and is therefore free from harmful substances.

The raw organic cotton, unspun – natural white – comes from South America.

The Bobbiny yarn consists of recycled cotton and recycled dye on the outside. For this, recycled cotton clothing is finely ground, and the dyes from this "dye dust" are then blended together. Therefore, color variations may occur between different batches. The 9mm yarn consists of two knitted cotton tubes tucked into one another. The small inner one also has a few polyester fibers as filling, which makes the yarn a little softer.

Suitability of raw organic cotton (natural white - like cotton wool):

The beds and caves made of non-spun organic cotton with a wool look are not suitable for cats and dogs that dig, scratch, or excessively tread on their litter before lying down. The cotton is sensitive to claws and is therefore only suitable for calmer cats and dogs who use the beds exclusively for sleeping. This is also stated on the bed packaging. If your pets destroy the bed because you failed to read the instructions, there will be no refund or replacement.

I offer a wide range of colors for you to choose from. Some of these are specially ordered for you, as I don't always have all colors in stock. Therefore, it's very important that you are confident in your color selection. You are always welcome to contact me before placing your order, and I will be happy to help you with additional sample images of the respective color, for example. Colors are displayed differently on every screen. Unfortunately, a crib in the wrong color that you mistakenly ordered is non-refundable. You can order color samples of the colors if you want to be sure they match. You can find these in the yarns category.

There may therefore be deviations of 1-5cm +/-, which means that they are all unique pieces and each bed looks a little different. Everything you order in my shop (except for the yarns and the cork balls without ribbons) will only be handmade by me according to your wishes after receipt of order and is therefore excluded from exchange. For filled XXL yarn there is only a 14-day cancellation period if 4 kg of each color is purchased. If you purchase less than 4 kg, I have to cut the yarn to the desired quantity and it can therefore no longer be restored to its original condition.

If your pets destroy the bed because you have not read the instructions, there will be no refund and of course no reshipment.

I offer you many colors to choose from. Some of these are ordered especially for you, as I don't always have all the colors in stock. It is therefore very important that you are sure of your color choice. You can always contact me before placing your order and I will help you with further example images of the respective color. Colors are displayed differently on every screen. A bed in the wrong color ordered by you is unfortunately excluded from exchange and cancellation.
