Payment, processing time and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions and delivery times
Delivery within Germany and to the following regions and countries is via DHL: EU, Europe (excluding EU), USA, Canada, and Australia. International deliveries are made via DHL, DPD, or UPS, depending on availability and your choice. Estimated delivery times are provided in the order confirmation or invoice, which is automatically sent by the shop after you place your order. These are not guaranteed delivery times, as the items must first be made by me, and I may need to order the selected yarn color. This can delay delivery by up to six weeks if the yarn color is sold out in the meantime. However, I usually receive new yarn sooner.
Express shipping cannot be selected automatically. If you require it, please contact me.
Deliveries within Germany:
I estimate that I need between 1 and 7 business days to process orders. I cannot guarantee a shipping date, as all items are handmade to order, and the processing time varies depending on the volume of orders. Furthermore, there may be delays in the delivery of the yarn required for production, which are beyond my control. Without the yarn, I cannot begin production.
Shipping costs, including statutory VAT, are shown in the order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered items.
Normally, shipping providers deliver within 1-3 business days from pickup here locally (DHL) or drop-off at a parcel shop (DPD/UPS). In individual cases, delays may occur; these will be indicated in the tracking information. Every order is shipped insured and with a tracking number, unless "Warenpost" or "Büwa" is explicitly selected for small items. Choosing these two options is at your own risk. Should the ordered items be lost, they will not be reshipped or refunded, as insured shipping is available. Choosing these two uninsured options requires the buyer to accept this risk. This acceptance is also reflected in the invoice.
The tracking number will be sent via email upon shipment.
Deliveries abroad:

Furthermore, there may be delays in the delivery of wool and yarn, which are beyond my control. Naturally, I cannot begin production without receiving the wool or yarn.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import fees.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch. In exceptional cases caused by force majeure or other delays at the shipping service provider, longer delivery times may occur. For deliveries abroad, delivery takes place within 2-30 working days after dispatch.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
A specific delivery date is not guaranteed, therefore the respective order states "estimated arrival" and not "guaranteed arrival".
Note: Before and after holidays, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer due to numerous orders.
This process usually begins the month before (November). The following month can also be affected. Processing can take up to four weeks.
Should a package be lost, the value will be replaced by DHL/DPD/UPS, provided that insured shipping was chosen and the loss is not the buyer's fault.
Please note: If the buyer has granted delivery release authorization to the respective shipping provider, neither the provider nor PETLOVEDE is liable. Delivery to a designated drop-off location is at the buyer's own risk. Should the ordered items be lost as a result (e.g., due to theft), the products will not be reshipped or refunded.
If the loss is not due to my own negligence, such as an authorization for a specific drop-off location, please inform me immediately. This should be done no later than 7 days after the shipping confirmation email was sent by the shop, so that I can submit a claim with the respective shipping provider.

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal and all payment methods offered by PayPal (including credit card payment)
- Klarna via Stripe (invoice, installment purchase and Giropay)

-Instant payment via Stripe - Please note that payment to me unfortunately takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, as banks need that long to release the payment to Stripe, and only then can I ship. Therefore, this is the payment method with the longest wait time.

Orders are only processed after payment has been received (prepayment/immediate payment). If payment for prepayment orders is not received within 7 business days, the order will be canceled without further notice. The bank details for the prepayment transfer will be sent directly from the shop with the order confirmation. This confirmation will also state that the order will be canceled if payment is not received within 7 business days.
Please feel free to contact me beforehand if you need more time to make payment; in that case, the order will of course not be canceled after 7 business days. Products cannot be reserved (for individual items and instant purchases).
Further details regarding payment:
When paying by credit card and Paypal, your Paypal or credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract, i.e., upon submission of the order.
All payments, except for advance payment, are processed through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, etc.). Any payment issues must be resolved directly with the selected payment service, as I have no access to them. By choosing this payment method, I automatically assign my claims to them.
