Details

Cork balls, a sustainable cat toy made from renewable raw materials.

No tree is felled for cork. I only use natural cork, no glued cork chips. This means that the balls are formed out of the bark and are untreated. Most cats love cork! They love to chew on it. And they can do so, because it is an untreated natural product and does not damage their teeth. On the contrary, it cleans the teeth of plaque to a small extent.



Every cat is different. Some love to bite things, some only bite lightly when playing. Therefore, it is best to only give the balls under your care if you see your cats biting on them.

I try to process orders as quickly as possible. I usually ship the ordered items within 4-14 days. However, it can sometimes take longer. This happens if your desired yarn color is currently out of stock and I'm waiting for a restock, or if I've just received a large number of orders. Since I only have two hands, I process each order in order.

Raw materials:

I select my raw materials with particular care. My yarns are either certified organic cotton, certified according to both GOTS and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, or made from recycled cotton and recycled fibers. The new wool toys I currently have are made from mulesing-free new wool from free-range sheep. The sheep live freely in the Tyrolean mountains and are driven down to the valley once a year for shearing. New wool products will only be available until my wool supply is exhausted. After that, I will only offer vegan products.
