I strive to process orders as quickly as possible. I usually ship ordered items within 4-14 days. However, sometimes it can take longer. This happens if your desired yarn color is currently sold out and I'm waiting for a restock, or if I've received a very high volume of orders. Since I only have two hands, I process each order in the order it was received.
Raw materials:
I select my raw materials with particular care. My yarns are either made from certified organic cotton, both GOTS and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, or from recycled cotton and recycled fibers. The remaining pure wool toys are made from mulesing-free wool from free-range sheep. These sheep roam freely in the Tyrolean mountains and are brought down to the valley once a year for shearing. Pure wool products will only be available until my wool supply is depleted. After that, only vegan products will be offered.
